How to prepare for Distance Learning...and not lose your mind

  • Establish a thrive on routines. Create order, with some flexibility, in your days.

  • Talk to your kids about what is going on, without being overly dramatic.

  • Build some time in to let off steam (dance party, communal scream, run around) and get outside.

  • Make some special memories... read together in a tent with a flashlight, have breakfast for dinner or have a dress up day.

  • This is going to be hard...but we can do it!
